2012 Registration Information - Spokane

Registration Cost

Full registration includes two nights accommodation and six meals. The full registration rate for 2012 is $110 per person. Partial registration options are as follows:

$32.00 per night, lodging only
$68.50 five meals
$17.50 Friday or Saturday day fee and dinner only
$26.50 Saturday day fee and brunch & dinner
$24.50 Sunday day fee and breakfast & lunch

Registration fees are non-refundable after May 1, 2012, as we must pay in advance for the number of participants that we submit.

Accommodations

Housing will be in A-frame cabins. There are bunk beds for 12 people on the main floor and two twin beds in the loft. Each cabin has a full bathroom, and there is a separate bath house with more facilities. Additional housing for those with special needs is available.

Dress

Dress for the weekend will be casual. We request that nice casual attire be worn on the Sabbath. Heels are not recommended since all paths and roads are dirt/gravel.

Silent Auction

In previous years we have encouraged ladies to share their talents by displaying items they have made. This year there will be no display. Instead, we will conduct a silent auction to benefit the brethren and congregations of West Africa. See brochure for details.

High school age girls are welcome to attend. We have made a point of creating a weekend that all generations can come together to enjoy.
