Update from Bev

Hello ladies!

I've been working feverishly over the last few days to get our website transferred to a content management system. We had such a wonderful weekend this year in LaConner that I felt inspired to get to this project that has been on my to-do list for at least a year. Although the primary reason for the change was to use the blog feature so faithful columnist Nancy Corbett's notes to you would be automatically archived, it also allows for other non-programmers to be able to go in and make updates to the site. And on that note, please join me in welcoming our sisters in Cincinnati, who are planning their very first Women's Enrichment Weekend for 2012 and will be sharing this site with us. Anyone who wants an excuse to pop over to Cincinnati and visit LeeAnn next spring now has one!

It is my goal to make this site more of a year-round resource for all of us, rather than simply a source of information on upcoming Weekends. I am going to try to recruit some new columnists for the site, now that they can post their own columns without everything needing to come through me. I will also try to get past presenters to provide written versions of their presentations to post. I am in the process of converting my own from past years so they can be posted. Once all that has taken place, we can begin adding other features as well. Don't hesitate to contact me and let me know your ideas!
