2012 General Information - Cincinnati
Registration
Registration begins May 1, 2011 with a $25 deposit needed to secure your spot/room. With the payment plan, you can make payments throughout the year or pay the final amount due by the Registration deadline date of February 1, 2012. Final room payment is due February 15, 2012.
$25.00 of your total registration amount is non-refundable. Refunds on the balance can be made for any cancellations prior to February 15, 2012. After February 15th, refunds on the balance can only be made if your space is rebooked and paid for by another attendee.

Accomodations
Housing will be at the Embassy Suites Cincinnati Northeast (Blue Ash), 4554 Lake Forest Drive, Blue Ash, Ohio 45242, (513) 733-8900. The Embassy Suites Hotel is a very highly rated hotel chain. This Embassy Suites has a beautiful tropical atrium complete with waterfalls and streams of Japanese Koi.
All rooms are spacious two-room suites each with a private bedroom. Suite rooms have either two double beds or a king size bed plus a couch/sofa-bed in the living room. The hotel is holding 20 double bed suites for our group. (Send your Registration Form in early to hold a double bed suite.) Each room has two sinks, coffee maker, microwave, mini-refridgerator, table with chairs and its own living room area.
Guests enjoy a complimentary, cooked-to-order breakfast each morning with choice of eggs, pancakes, cereals, fresh fruit, and more. Guests also enjoy a two hour Manager's Reception with drinks, popcorn, and snacks in the evening.
There is an on-site restaurant in the Embassy Suites called Cascades. Lunch hours are from 11:00-1:30. Dinner hours are from 5:30-10:00. Room Service hours are from 11:30a.m.-10:00p.m.
We have reserved a meeting room near the atrium on the main level.

Dress
Dress for the weekend will be nice-casual and Sabbath service attire for Sabbath morning services.
Nearby Restaurants
A detailed list of restaurants will be in your registration packet. Some include: Parkers Blue Ash Grill, Buffalo Wild Wings, Montgomery Inn, Jags, TGIFridays, Maggiano's, Applebees, and a variety of fast food restaurants.
For the forgotten toothbrush, Kenwood Towne Center is within five miles.
